All our services follow the highly effective process-based recruitment methodology. We draw from our rich, proprietary database of pre-qualified candidates to attend to current requirements (reactive recruiting). Anticipated requirements are identified, screened and short-listed well in advance to make the search faster and deeper. Our approach results in the recruitment of best possible candidates for your requirements.
 
 
How we work  
 
To start with, we establish a point of contact and understand your staffing requirements. As our methodology suggests, our first task after establishing the engagement, includes a deep analysis of your requirements. This helps us address your current needs (Reactive search) as well as define and plan your anticipated requirements (Proactive search). Clients may opt to provide the information themselves. This information forms the basis of our search.

Our Proactive Team identifies and screens candidates and their profiles are included in our customized Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This robust mechanism allows us to enter all the relevant information about a candidate and facilitates continued contact with them. Our Reactive Team picks up candidates from the ATS as and when the need arises. Our clients too can access the ATS to identify candidates of their choice.
